Finally another update.

I do realize that it has been a while since I posted.  It is very hard to get anything done.  Anyhow, here is an update in chronological order.  The last picture was taken yesterday when Luke turned 6 months.

OK, so it has been a little while since we updated.  As many of you know, Luke was born on April 26th.  Although we already have tons of photos, I do not have the luxury of time to upload everything.  Here are some highlights from the past 5 weeks.  He is growing up quick!

Baby Room Update!!!

We have been working this week on getting the baby room more prepared. As I mentioned in an earlier post, we got the crib in and I assembled it together.

Look at that cute belly! She is 34 weeks and one day! It is getting close!

These animal prints are so much fun!

This is a quilt that Luke's Great Grandmother made for him. It goes great with the "Jungle Theme".

Baby Room

We have been slowly getting the baby's room together. The first step was clearing out Kathryn's office to make room. Once that task was completed (it was not easy), we decided on a nice color that is pleasing to thew eye and very calming.

Even though this took place over two months ago, until recently we didn't have anything else in the room. As more is added to the room (the crib arrives tomorrow), I will post updates. I have posted a few pictures for you to see.

Mystery Face

So we have a few more baby pics that have been accumulating. Only two will be interesting to most and I have added them here. These two pictures are of the same child but look very different. If you are having trouble picking out the face, turn your head to the right...

The first one shown here has chubby cheeks and a round chin:

The other, which was taken less than a week later shows a very long chin.

Ultrasound photos

I have finally gotten around to scanning in all of the ultrasound photos that have been accumulating. Since Kathryn decided to give herself about one a week we have excessive amounts.

Here are some of the highlights:

This is about 6 weeks into it. The baby looks like a diamond ring.

This image shows more details with the skull and the ribs. About 11 weeks into the pregnancy.

Here is a good view (@ 15 weeks) where you can make out the head, spine and a leg coming up. He has been doing a lot of kicking!!!
